🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Financial & Payroll Administration:
- Process payments accurately and on time
- Perform bank & client account reconciliations
- Manage client statements & daily inquiries
✔ Employee Records & Compliance:
- Report work-related injuries & manage IOD claims
- Prepare UIF documents for departing employees
- Maintain payroll records using SAGE 300 People system
✔ HR & Payroll Support:
- Distribute payslips and prepare payroll reports
- Maintain employee records in the JEM system
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
📌 Matric / Grade 12
📌 Relevant qualification in Finance, Payroll, or Administration (advantageous)
📌 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
📌 Experience with payroll software (SAGE 300 - advantageous)
📌 Knowledge of UIF processes & reconciliation
📌 Strong numerical, communication & organizational skills
📌 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
