🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Payroll Administration:

  • Process payments accurately and on time
  • Perform bank & client account reconciliations
  • Manage client statements & daily inquiries

Employee Records & Compliance:

  • Report work-related injuries & manage IOD claims
  • Prepare UIF documents for departing employees
  • Maintain payroll records using SAGE 300 People system

HR & Payroll Support:

  • Distribute payslips and prepare payroll reports
  • Maintain employee records in the JEM system

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

📌 Matric / Grade 12
📌 Relevant qualification in Finance, Payroll, or Administration (advantageous)
📌 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
📌 Experience with payroll software (SAGE 300 - advantageous)
📌 Knowledge of UIF processes & reconciliation
📌 Strong numerical, communication & organizational skills
📌 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
