🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Sales & Order Processing:
- Accurately process sales transactions & invoices
- Ensure correct customer & delivery details
- Handle payments and daily cash-ups
✔ Customer Service & Store Support:
- Answer customer queries professionally in-store & via phone
- Assist customers with homeware sales & product recommendations
- Handle complaints efficiently & escalate when necessary
✔ Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records & produce reports (Excel)
- Ensure adherence to company policies & procedures
- Participate in stock takes & assist with general store operations
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
📌 Grade 12/Matric
📌 Strong administration & typing skills
📌 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
📌 Experience in a customer-facing admin role (retail preferred)
📌 Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
📌 Fluent in Afrikaans (advantageous)
