📋 Key Responsibilities
Accurately load and process purchase orders in Sage.
Match and capture supplier invoices for processing.
Upload invoices and proof of delivery (PODs) using Microsoft 365.
Update product item codes and pricing databases.
Scan and maintain staff records and documentation.
Resolve creditor queries in a professional and timely manner.
Offer administrative assistance across various departments.
✅ Candidate Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
6–12 months of relevant administrative or finance experience
Proficient in Excel and generally computer literate
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
