We are seeking a professional Medical Receptionist/Secretary to manage front-office operations, patient interactions, and administrative support in a high-volume medical setting. ✅ Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Gynaecology practice or similar medical environment
Strong frontline and patient-facing skills
Fully computer literate (medical software experience advantageous)

Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting
Excellent time management and attention to detail
🗂️ Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome patients and manage all front desk responsibilities
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Maintain and update patient records accurately
Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient queries professionally
Liaise with medical staff, patients, and third-party service providers
Assist with billing and processing of medical aid claims if needed
Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times
