💰 Salary
R325 101 per annum (Level 07)
✅ Minimum Requirements
Education: NQF Level 6 in Public Administration, Office Administration, or related field (SAQA-recognised)
Experience: 1–2 years’ administrative and secretarial support in an ICT environment
Technical Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
Soft Skills: Listening, planning & organising, effective written & verbal communication, interpersonal relations, flexibility
Knowledge: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, HR practices and procedures
📌 Key Duties
Provide administrative & secretarial support; liaise with internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel bookings & accommodation
Serve as Chief User Clerk: procure stationery & IT consumables
Assist with financial, procurement & operational reports and plans
Manage correspondence and filing systems; check and certify invoices
Process claims, distribute documents, maintain Chief Directorate’s database
Ensure compliance with all public service prescripts and regulations
