💰 Salary
R325 101 per annum (Level 07)
✅ Minimum Requirements
Education: Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration, Office Administration, or relatedfield
Experience: 1–2 years’ secretarial and administrative support in Human Resource Management
Technical Skills:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
Records Management
Soft Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication
Listening, planning & organising
Interpersonal relations and flexibility
Knowledge of: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, HRM processes
📝 Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative & secretarial support, including internal & external stakeholder liaison
Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel and accommodation bookings
Serve as Chief User Clerk and manage procurement of stationery & IT consumables
Collate and prepare operational, financial & procurement plans and reports
Maintain records, handle correspondence, check & certify invoices, and manage claims
Maintain and update the Chief Directorate’s database
Comply with relevant public service prescripts and regulations
