✏️ About the Role
Our client in Stellenbosch is seeking a Receptionist / Administration Clerk to provide efficient secretarial, clerical and administrative support. You’ll help process customer orders, handle calls, support the team, and keep the office running smoothly.
✅ Requirements
✔️ High School Diploma
✔️ Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel & Outlook
✔️ 1+ year of experience (paid or volunteer) in office/clerical support
📌 Key Responsibilities
Office Support & Efficiency:
Receive, direct, and relay calls and messages
Maintain general filing systems for customer sales & correspondence
Assist with meeting planning & preparation
Manage office supplies inventory
Respond to public inquiries & direct them to the right staff
Provide secretarial & word-processing support
Clerical Duties & Customer Service:
Keep accurate customer database & order filing
Process & invoice customer orders
Monitor office supplies & equipment use
Coordinate repair & maintenance of equipment
Reception & Admin Functions:
Answer calls professionally & take messages
Greet and direct visitors and clients
Support management, trainers & staff
Assist with accounting and general admin as needed
Support Management & Staff:
Provide administrative services to managers & directors
Help with special tasks and related duties as required
