Key Responsibilities

Examination Assistant

• Receive, check, control, and scan scripts daily.

• Pack scripts for marking and ensure correct batch counts.

• Create marking centre files and assist with dispatch.

• Archive scripts post-marking for easy retrieval.

• Work under tight deadlines and ensure accuracy in script handling.

Quality Assurer

• Distribute scripts to marking teams and control the marking process.

• Ensure marks are accurately added and transferred to marksheets.

• Reconcile script numbers and manage indexed archival.

• Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with marking teams.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Senior Certificate / National Senior Certificate / National Senior Certificate Vocational.
• Only registered tertiary students, unemployed graduates, or unemployed persons with a tertiary qualification may apply.
• Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy at Grade 12 level required.
• Second-year and above tertiary students are advantaged.
• Previous experience as an Examination Assistant or Quality Assurer is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Important: Persons writing NSC/Senior Certificate/AET exams in 2025, VSP participants, or those employed elsewhere may not apply.
