The General Assistant ensures the smooth operation of the business unit by performing a wide range of support duties. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work in any area of the business unit as operational needs arise.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Provide customers with orders and ensure efficient service
Assist with loading and offloading vehicles
Pack yard stock items for easy accessibility
Maintain cleaning and safekeeping of vehicles
Assist both customers and suppliers with queries and support
Complete wash bay activities as required
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Promote and uphold company values and culture through daily work
✅ Job Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Product knowledge (advantageous)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Flexibility to support across multiple operational areas
