Our client, a reputable mining company based in Limpopo, is seeking an experienced Operations Leader / Mine Overseer. This role is central to ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to safety standards, and continuous operational improvement within the mining environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Maximize efficient use and allocation of mining resources
Analyze theoretical principles to identify and implement process improvements
Establish and manage a document control system for streamlined storage & retrieval
Comply with the Mine’s Code of Practice and report irregularities promptly
Uphold strict Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards
✅ Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency
Valid Blasting Certificate
5+ years’ experience as a Shiftboss in shaft or metalliferous mining
Valid Driver’s License
