Key Responsibilities
Order
Fulfillment: Oversee theFulfillment: Oversee the preparation and delivery of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Inventory Control:
Manage receiving, offloading, stock control, stock rotation, stock takes, and variance reporting. Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on incoming stock, maintain detailed records, and report feedback. Warehouse Organisation:
Ensure layout, orderliness, and daily housekeeping standards are maintained. Team Supervision:
Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and duties. Logistics Management:
Plan delivery routes, offloading schedules, and ensure timely stock distribution. Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols, ensuring regulatory standards are met.Equipment Oversight:
Conduct maintenance checks on forklifts, delivery vehicles, and warehouse equipment.
Candidate requirements
Minimum 5years warehouse management experience(agriculture/warehousing sector preferred). Proven experience
in stock management & control. Code 8 driver’s license
and a valid forklift operator license. Computer literacy (MS Office and email management). Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Own reliable transport. Good
health and physical fitness.
