MSP Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to lead the High Care Unit in Welkom. The ideal candidate will oversee all clinical operations, ensure quality patient outcomes, and lead a dedicated healthcare team with excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the High Care Unit.
Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SANC regulations, and clinical protocols.
Optimize the use of resources, staff scheduling, and patient flow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the unit.
Minimum Requirements
Professional Nurse qualification.
Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management or an accredited management qualification,
OR 5 years’ leadership experience in a hospital.Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (Specialist Unit) – e.g., Perioperative Nursing (if applicable).
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse in a hospital setting.
At least 2 years’ leadership experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
Current SANC registration.
Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage staff, workflow, and resources effectively.
