    Work directly with the MD and help him execute the practical aspects of the company marketing system and help him build a thriving client community.

    Do you have a stable internet, a productive place to work at home, and enjoy working virtually?

    Are you self-disciplined, love to produce, connect with people, and bring a return on your marketing efforts?

    Do you have experience in mass mailing, texting, and social media, and can manage written responses, and set up strategy calls for the MD? 

     

    Take ownership of tasks and make sure the MDs diary is fully booked with excellent potential clients. 

     

    The MD of a successful Specialist Engineering Recruitment (www.talentadvance.net) and a separate Team Dynamics Consulting firm (see www.teamROIchallenge.com) requires an organized Exec PA who can also do Marketing Administration in a virtual role.

    MD is based in the UK and has a South African firm and a UK firm.

    You will work from your home office with daily interaction and zoom calls so that you can work as a well-oiled team to execute the marketing strategy (Linked In posting, email campaigns, doing monthly free Challenges, marketing campaigns, and filling up daily client strategy calls). You will engage and manage the interaction and schedule calls for the MD as one-to-ones / zoom discussions / or in a Challenge. 

     

    You will also do Administrative duties such as managing contacts and marketing in the CRM and support recruitment consultants as needed. 

     

    The role is permanent. It is envisioned to be 4 to 6 hours a day but may increase to 8 hrs as workload increases. We are flexible on hours for the right person. What counts is delivery. You will report to the MD but will also interact with the full team of Specialist recruiters to support them in marketing their Hot Candidates, securing new clients, nurturing existing clients, and providing admin support.

     

    The MD is looking for a person with a passion to deliver and add value to people’s lives by being the right hand lady / man to the MD and taking responsibility to implement the marketing systems. We open doors to next level growth for our clients and candidates.

    Candidate Requirements

    Key requirements are:

    ·         Have worked as an Exec PA

    ·         Able to communicate well in writing and verbally

    ·         Detail orientated

    ·         Good at connecting with people and helping to build a supportive community for coaching clients

    ·         Competent on social media and have used a CRM  

    ·         Have compile marketing mails and distribute them using software systems

    ·         Market research to gather the necessary market information and contacts     

    ·         Proven ability to implement and sustain marketing systems and processes

    ·         Input data into the client and candidate database

    ·         Able to do market research on the internet, Linked In and other software tools to identify potential clients and candidates 

    ·         Be able to talk to candidates and clients professionally once interest is generated through digital mediums.

    ·         Able to extract data from the database to send mass mails and other digital communication to the correct candidates or clients

    ·         Able to manage responses, write replies and direct leads and valuable feedback to the necessary Specialist recruiters and sales staff

    ·         Able to assist in clarifying urgency and priority of leads generated – this may require written communication or follow up telephones calls to clarify.

    ·         Able to develop and manage nurturing campaigns that add value to both client and candidates in Engineering, IT and Mining   

    ·         Take responsibility for key marketing metrics and reporting weekly production figures and marketing metrics to improve the messages and medium 

    ·         Must have good internet connection, own computer and phone plus a quiet place to be able to work from home and be able to do zoom interviews professionally

    ·         Able to work on own in virtual role with clear guidelines

    ·         Analytical and able to report

     

    Previous experience required:

    ·         Exec PA experience (+3 years)

    ·         Proof that you are a no-nonsense delivery orientated person that can work on your own and can interact with people to get things done

    ·         Proof that you are an administrative producer – great at implementing and sustaining systems and processes

    ·         Detail orientated

    ·         Managing data and related software

    ·         Ability to learn (so can do internet research to identify clients, contacts and professionals)

    ·         Experience in email and digital marketing is useful but not vital

     

    Qualification: A tertiary qualifications is preferred but not critical

     

    Rate: Depends on experience (R170 to R250 ph)
