✔ Customer Query Resolution: Handle and resolve client inquiries via phone and email 📩📞
✔ Account Management: Email and fax accounts to clients for processing 📑

✔ Client Strategy Implementation: Contribute to enhancing customer experience through strategic solutions 🎯

🎓 Requirements:
📌 Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
📌 Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) 🌍
📌 Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
📌 Valid driver’s license & reliable transport 🚗
📌 Willingness to work overtime and be on standby during weekends if required ⏳
📌 Strong written & verbal communication skills ✍️
📌 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 💻
📌 Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
