MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB ROLE
The purpose of this role is to give intern students exposure and training within a factory environment to
them to learn whilst completing their formal qualifications.
Qualifications Required:
Diploma in Food Technology / Degree in Food Science / BSC degree with a passion for food (3 years)

Quality Control System, food Safety Procedures (GMP/HACCP)
Customer portal information and documentation.
Effective and punctual customer complaint handling and feedback.
QC tastings, samples, and feedback.
Controlling the measuring and monitoring devices
Control of non-conforming products and corrective action
Traceability document updates
Internal and external audits
Raw material control
Allergen management in stores and operations NPD-Factory trials, Pre-production, Launches / Attend, and feedback on NPD trials/Secondary RM trials and product audits
