An established leader in the manufacture and supply of thermoplastic products is seeking a professional and proactive Front Desk Office Administrator to join their corporate team in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town. Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (or equivalent)

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a busy environment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing clear and efficient communication.

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate staff birthday celebrations and monthly team-building activities.

  • Procurement & Supplies: Manage purchase orders, office inventory, and deliveries.

  • Administrative Support: File documents for debtors, creditors, and assist with audit preparation.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vehicle servicing and manage insurance claims.

  • First Aid: Monitor office first aid supplies and assist with any necessary medical arrangements.

  • Office Projects: Support BBBEE initiatives and assist with various projects as required.
