🎯 Key Job Objectives

💊 Deliver Quality Pharmaceutical Care: Ensure accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitutions, while offering expert advice per SAPC standards.
🛒 Execute Dispensary Operations: Manage stock responsibly, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and administration.
📈 Achieve Operational Goals: Focus on core dispensary and clinic targets to ensure business viability.
👥 Lead and Mentor: Support the development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns in line with SAPC training requirements.

📚 Qualifications & Experience

✅ Essential: Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
➕ Desirable: Retail pharmacy experience
➕ Desirable: Familiarity with Unisolve software
