Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Manage relationships with delivery partners and onboard new riders.
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and rider safety.
Coordinate with KFC stores for seamless delivery operations.
Track key metrics and optimize resource allocation.
Drive process improvements to reduce operational costs.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
Onboard enterprise customers and ensure smooth adoption of services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Leverage industry networks to strengthen partnerships.
Product Knowledge & Advocacy
Maintain a deep understanding of company services.
Gather feedback from riders and stores to improve operations.
Customer Success Strategies
Enhance rider engagement and partner satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce churn.
Documentation & Training
Keep detailed records of partner interactions and onboarding.
Conduct training workshops to ensure operational consistency.
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
2+ years in last-mile delivery or QSR operations (e.g., KFC, Uber, Glovo, Mr D).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing and engaging rider networks/courier fleets.
Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, remote-ready, and open to frequent travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain (preferred).
Experience with CRM systems and operational reporting is advantageous.
